This is the memorial artbook for Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. It's 226 pages, and includes scenes from the game, not the TV series. It does include nudity, as KGNE is an h-game. I downloaded it from this thread on Nihonomaru, so I am not exactly sure who the original scanner was. The television series is licensed by Funimation, and therefore is not allowed to be uploaded to BakaBT, however the 4 episode OVA series can be found here.
