Video info should be 720x480 (4:3 anamorphic) and screenshots should be in displayed aspect ratio (720x540 or 640x480).

Well that was, uh ,,,ummmmm. Hmmmm ... interesting. 
The "rooted in real world reference, it makes the fantasy all the more believeable" portion of the description hooked me enough to DL, as well as the small filesize to be kind against ratio. I think that it got a bit silly in a few spots that sorta counteracted the "believeable"-ness part, though.
However, the gratuitous nudity and awkward [spoiler unspecified] added enough eye candy to bring Balance to the Farce. Kind of an over-the-top Bruce Lee walks into a Matrix performance done in a slightly-better-than Speed Racer style.
Seriously, though, thanks for the upload. I was quite entertained, and I always hook up with these obscure anime from the wayback machine with eyes wide open.
