I noticed that episode 11 has different looking subtitles than the others. I checked the options and they're the same for every episode, but for some reason on 11 subtitles appear different, I also tried muxing them with another episode and they look like they should, anybody knows why?

edit: The problem solved itself while I was playing around with the files.

I have this problem that VLC reverts the start back. I used MPC and it doesnt display the subtitles, but no reverting. Can anyone help?
U need classic media player for this kind of Videos and make sure u have Kite codec or CCCP

You don't necessarily need CCCP pr Kite codec, VLC is always reliable with playback of HD content. Just as long you have updated your system/ software and the videos should work fine.

Not unless there is something wrong with the encode in the first place. :D

I am having the same problem with VLC, and Gom player doesnt show subs... (as usual) Ill be trying cccp as ive heard a lot of good things about it around here

EDIT : alright after using cccp with windows media player it works just fine. Subs didnt seem to work with media player classic, but I havent really looked at it for longer than a minute as I got this working now.

use KMplayer or media player Classic (which comes with CCCP) people dont really "like" VLC player as shown here : http://wiki.bakabt.me/index.php/Windows_Video_Playback

I didn't solve the problem as I thought, apparently it was only a temporary change, if anybody has suggestions they'll be very welcome.

Hum, never noticed that until you pointed it out. I'm using MPC-HC with madVR and I get the same result.....interesting, well I'll post back if I find a solution while tinkering.
