IMHO, the old release should be kept for Group C, and this one will go for Group B.

It is also XviD. Originally it was single-audio, but during remuxing I added English audio as well.

please phrase the Audio-line so it becomes clear that there are both a japanese and a english audio track.

Since my remux was deleted, that leaves the OVA without any Group C releases on BakaBT. Is it possible to undelete the old torrent for anime_fin release?

deleted torrents are gone. there is no way to undelete them aside from a proper reoffer.

How about some comments saying if this is any good ?
Well the ANN ratings seem to say it's worth a download.

A favorite of mine back in the old late 80's early 90's VHS days
Remember it was sold as an OVA so I never watched past the first; however it was pretty good. Animation should hold up being an OVA as well. Thanks for this ! Now I can finally finish watching it ... and hope not to experience a disaster that was Megazone 23 - 3
Tough Miyu might not be for those that expect vampire flicks to be bustling with action or what not

Sorry for my english. Miyus ovas in vhs were like a precious gem for those who hardlly had the chance to see anime out of the tvs. It was somehow a dark and charming anime, a kind that start to show that anime hasnt to be for kids. Miyu is a marvelous character with a lot of fans even now.
The problem is that i am speaking about another age. A forgotten age (not so long ago to say the true) whithout net, dvds, portatil phones, iphones or vhs even. In the age of if you have something to see you have a treasure these and other animes had a magical taste or feeling wich may be lost for the people who has too much to see in the new age of the cold downloads.
Pd:
I am not saying that the new animes are worst . There are a lot of master pieces like clannad, tutu, tsukihime, twelve kingdoms... a lot of them are superb.

thank you for the release, but I sure wish there was a remastered version in a higher quality. This is one of the classics.

Oh wow! I haven't seen this in like, fifteen years! Thanks for sharing! (Our local Blockbuster only had the first VHS so I've never seen the whole thing.)

I'm glad someone got a good copy of these up... I went to substantial trouble and $$ to finally get ALL the Miyu animes (these and the series), and I still feel these OAVs were by far the better of the two. I was a bit disappointed with where they went with the series, but these episodes (the OAVs) are definitely gems. The atmosphere and pacing are wonderful, and the consistent use of classic Japanese theatrical flourishes (wood blocks, emoter crys~ Yo~~o!) have always really made this series of OAVs a joy to watch, and often a real shock to those that have never seen anime, or have only seen more modern or popular series (DBZ, Bleach, Pokemon etc).
Thanks again for making a good copy of a wonderful anime available! Kudos! (^_^)

These OVAs are so awesome, I wish the TV series was more like these and less like Sailor Moon...

there is that one episode of the tv series that was actually scary where there was a golden buddha following her around but apart from that it was way too villain of the week for me, disappointing after reading all the manga.

I first bought the AnimEigo release of this back in 1999. Half a decade later, my VHS tapes wore out completely... and I haven't seen it since. This has long been, and will long remain one of my all-time favorite titles, and I am THRILLED to see it here. Thank you for posting it, here, and helping to feed the frenzy!
