if so, what are the differences?
[EDIT] I might be wrong in stating so, so don't hesitate to add info if I miss something, but basically, it seems 1) the other is anime forever and 2) this one is DVD, and higher res, so both should (might?) be allowed here.

The video is encoded in x.264 & the a4e is divx. The audio is encode in ac3 & the a4e is Ogg Vorbis. I didn't do a screenshot compare because the a4e has a different codec for the video. So there is no reason to do so.
