I've been looking for a decent translation of the story for a long time, but they're so expensive to buy. Would love to check this out! Thanks for the offer.

AniDB says BluDragon's release is only 1.3GB big, with CRC 75305B99.
How does this version compare to COR's?

what is that tz3 doing in the background?
moving to more constructive criticism - there is some ugly haloing visible in those screenshots. it looks as if _all_ edges are rippling to the right (including the left edge of the picture itself). i havent seen CoRs release but ILAs doesnt have this effect.

Wrong aspect ratio again - should be 640x480 for all 4:3 material.

i'm just pointing out the fact that it is possible to remove that "rippling".

imo ar is correct. it looks more natural than cor's.
about those halos - cor almost removed them but smeared details on flat surfaces.
ps change the font for the description, otherwise mods wont accept this offer. its really painful to read those tiny letters.

I think it should be made more clear that this is not really a film for children,
my younger brothers quickly got bored and also, I thought it best for them not to watch something so biased,
because of course there too young to form their own opinions on something so metaphysical and religiously oriented.
I think it should be more clear that this is really a film for maybe early teens and that it may conflict with what some people teach their kids.
Spoiler--
For example the scorpion and the tutor, with the idea that saving themselves would somehow harm others. Its not that I dislike self-sacrifice but I think it's bad to hide your own philosophies within what looks like a childrens film.
Also the people in the observatory i.e. scientists knowing of god but refusing to speak about it, shining a dark light on science to young minds, when in my own experience about half of scientists and engineers are in some way religious and more importantly most of the people that I at least know, hold true to a rather high standard of ethics, so their dark unfriendly depiction in the film looked rather unfair and also strange because of the previous treatment of the archaeologist.
Overall then this film is really weird, I didn't enjoy it and would not recommend it to anyone really.
Also the animation and characters are not very good or engaging at all.
Though I would concede someone who finds it difficult to accept death may benefit from watching this, but I don't think they would be entertained.

I really liked this film at first, but as the Christian elements grew more and more prominent, I started to really not enjoy it. It was like having this pretentious jerk shove it down my throat for the last 40 minutes.
I like trying to figure weird art films out. If the movie had ended before it started basically telling me morals, I would have recommended it. This gets serious thumbs down by throwing it all out the window with crosses and bible quotes and bible stories oh my...
