Wow, saw this one over 15 years ago, getting close to 20 years even. I remember thinking back then that this OVA was pretty decent, but the scores I see for it tell a different story. 
There are obvious power-ranger/sentai/mecha type elements in there, and that in itself is a bit cheesy, but there are still some good qualities to be found. There are some stuff in there that's pretty stylish(considering the time of its release), and the entire OVA has a very "moody" atmosphere going. If your not the super picky and impossible to satisfy, maybe give it a try.
I'll watch it over again myself and see if it sucks after all these years.

The Japanese audio track of the 3rd episode turns silent about 7-8 minutes before the end?

Thanks for the upload and thanks a4e for the encode.
However Japanese audio is missing in ep3 at the end and like always with a4e encodes, their logo pops up here and there, it's just annoying and childish.

i'm having problems downloading this using latest utorrent 2.0 beta try telling admin to place this on the white list.don't know what to do.

..I can't believe what am seeing here. Just a month or so aback, I was looking for this anime to download bcuz I saw it on VHS a very long time ago and here it is waiting for me.KUDOS for this uploader. Coming to think of it..I might have requested it but I can't remember. Thanks a million man!!!!!
