I rebember playing a PSone(still Playstation at the time) game with the same name quite some time ago. I couldn't understand it since I don't know japanese but the game was quite fun (to control the jump was quite hard though). The cool part was that at each stage the heroin can use a diferent type of mech armor with diferent capabilities.

I think I picked this up off IRC awhile back. Seems like one of those cheesy 90s OVAs that got released in North America back when we didn't know any better.
