If you have the CCCP/ eng- is for English audio; jpn is for Japanese audio on the Haali Media Splitter Settings under languages. Also works for ogm files to turn on subs if some of you didn't know(eng). Saw this one about three or 2.5 years ago, will get it when i have space.
Oh yeah, DviX is the video format, not the file format, file is a mkv. format and it's the only one besides ogm. that holds dual audio. JAANE~

use KMP player perfect for all codec's look for ACC icon side with DIVX 5 for dual audio option
