I know I've seen this. Does this have like a foggy tint animation. If this is the one I'm thinking of I really liked it except for the fact that every scene has a foggy look to it, which bugged me a bit.

Decent animation, yes the anime has the foggy tint; the storyline is alright, it's "based" on historical events; The whole thing comes together to make a rather underwhelming story.
