I never did understand what happened with this series.. Originally it was just Maid Tai.. Then I thought the sequel was La Verite.. Then all of a sudden I couldnt find it anymore.. Then I found something that said La Verite and found it to be the same thing as the original.
I'm still wanting to know if anyone has any info on what's going on..

I loved the whole Hanaukyo Maid series ^^. Well for those who don\'t understand La Verite is pretty much a remake of the origional series but with some in-depth Mariel information and I believe the main character isn\'t alergic to females anymore. Regardless this is one very awsome anime.

well 'la verite' is the first version and maid tai is a newer version and looks a lot better and is 15eps also the story line is way differnt from the 'la verite'

La Verite is French for "the truth," which denotes that this series is a more faithful adaptation of Morishige's manga than the first series.

very good reamake.. still funny as hell.. original was a little funnier.. but i still give this one 2 thumbs up

I love this and will keep is in my collection.
I understand there was an earlier series with 15 eps.
I want to see it now.
As usual [a4e] is the best rip out there.

this is the worst english dub ever. But I watched them all anyway. DUBBED ANIME YEAH.... if I like subbed anime, then i would just read manga.

Regardless of the fidelity to the manga, I greatly prefer the older Hanaukyo Maid Tai. It is just a better slapstick ecchi comedy. That one is a keeper, this one is not.

Great anime and as usual, a4e does a wonderfull job! All hail for multimedia 
I did though have one problem... The first episode kept choping all the way but all the other were fine, does anyone else share this problem?

The first episode kept choping all the way but all the other were fine, does anyone else share this problem?I Would first also like to thank A4E for all the best torrents....but(always a but I suppose) I have downloaded 4 EPS and the 1st and 3rd skip every few seconds....so Sweyn1 you are not alone. Cool series though.....lot of humor and heart. Also, Great quality of those that did play flawlessly. Maybe it is me but I don't think so.

Sorry Everyone, I thought it wasn't a problem on my end....then I read the FAQ....no joy ...in fact more and worse problems showed up. But, It seems that it was my fault.....apparently my DirectX was not up to date....ALL the EPS work perfectly even in Full Screen. Way to GO A4E......TY.

*edit* Oke let me get this straight, there r 2 versions of HM, and there is an OVA of 3 episodes right?
