If you like Initial D, well don't expect the same mount of action. The driving part is actually pretty weak.

Far more interesting than initial D imo.. more story and nice to get into, not just boring cars all the time like I.D

i actually own this series on DVD, i think its a pretty fun anime to watch, the cars are certainly not boring, and all the characters are as interesting as their cars. there is no main story-line plot that leads to a climax at the end of the story, but its good enough to enjoy!

I just noticed that the second episode ended abruptly without the credits and ending theme rolling. When I compared file sizes I noticed that all episodes except for the 2nd one was at least 230 mb. The 2nd episode is only 219 mb. Could this mean that part of the footage is missing? I remember (from watching the series on TV)that as the credits roll and the ending theme plays Lisa attempts the test she wanted to avoid. That part is missing. Can anyone please upload the 2nd episode with the entire footage intact and in dual audio? Thanks.

An older anime I enjoyed several years ago, downloaded to add to my digital collection and seed for others. Don't expect much in the way of action, but the story-line and comedy make up for this pitfall. Love the character interaction.

It's a long time since I watched this last. Must have been an ancient fansub back in 2001, kind of nostalgic. I'll get this instead, I can't find the old one in my collection anywhere.
